To achieve our personal goals and make ourselves truly happy, we need to develop and maintain our self-confidence and self-respect.
To do this we need to understand the difference between worldly self-confidence and authentic self-confidence. By using tried and tested methods we can build and strengthen our self-confidence so that it remains stable and long-lasting.
