Meditation Classes across Wirral

We have in-person classes which include a Monday morning FREE meditation at KBC, Monday evening class at KBC, a Tuesday evening Class at KBC , Wednesday evening class in Hoylake, a Thursday lunchtime class at The Green Shop in Oxton, a Thursday evening FP class, a Thursday evening class in New Brighton, a Friday lunchtime class at KBC and PFWP Class on a Sunday at KBC.

Pre-booking is not required for all in-person classes. Kailash Buddhist Centre doors will open 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Each new attendee will be shown into the meditation room by our class assistants.

I’d been following a few hardcore punk and metal bands and was particularly interested in the ‘eastern’ themes in some of the music I was listening to. Buddha just made so much sense to me. Long story short…. I read Introduction to Buddhism and ended up at Sue’s class in Hoylake. Venerable Geshe-la’s teachings have helped me so much over the last few years.
