We all have our own ideas on how to be kind to ourselves, but do these methods actually work?

In this workshop, using the wisdom of Buddha’s teachings, we will explore methods to be kind to ourselves which always bring beneficial results.

1st session 1.30pm – 2.30pm

Break 2.30pm – 3pm

2nd session 3pm – 4pm
