Path to Peace…

a 14 Week Meditation Course.

We all want to be happy all the time, even during sleep. How can we do this ?

We can do this by training in meditation because training in meditation makes our mind calm and peaceful. When our mind is calm and peaceful we are happy all the time. 

On the other hand when our mind is not peaceful, we are not happy, even if our external conditions are excellent. We can understand this through our own experience. 

During this course of classes we will follow a pure and authentic path looking at beautiful Buddhist meditations to cultivate peace and happiness in our mind so that we benefit both ourself and others with our meditation practice.

Week 3 – 22rd April – Onwards and Upwards 

Week 4 – 29th April – I can rely on you 

Week 5 – 6th May – Tells you everything you need to know 

Week 6 – 13th May – Gotta get out 

Week 7 – 20th May – Me, Myself and I 

Spring Festival 24th-29th May

Week 8 – 3rd June – Get on the right path 

Week 9 – 10th June – No more suffering

Week 10 – 17th June – I love you all 

Week 11 – 24th June – Cool and compassionate 

Week 12 – 1st july – Supreme Good Heart 

Week 13 – 8th July – Perfect Six 

Week 14 – 15 July – The way things really are ….
