This weekend retreat is open to everyone.
Sue will guide us to transform our mind from negative states into positive states through engaging in the pure spiritual practices of meditation retreat. Through this we can transform our life from one of conflict and unhappiness into a state of pure and reliable happiness that comes from within.
Introduction Friday 11th January 7 pm – 8 pm
Saturday, Sunday and Monday:
1st Session 0900 am – 10.00 am.
2nd Session 11.00 am – 12 noon.
3rd Session 2.00 pm – 3.00 pm.
4th Session 4.00 pm – 5.00 pm
You may attend as many or as few sessions as you wish.
Retreats are free for Centre Card Holders. Otherwise suggested donation is £2 per session.
