This FREE public class is open to everyone and provides an opportunity to experience the peace of meditation and learn practical tools to solve our daily problems through application of Buddha’s timeless advice.

The teachings and meditations are based on the inspiring book “The New Eights Steps to Happiness” written by the contemporary meditation master  Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.

The class takes place in conjunction with Prayers for World Peace – a short, simple and beautiful chanted practice (in English) that reminds us how to create the causes for peace for our self and others through recitation of verses taken from ancient Buddhist poetry.

Join us in making prayers for world peace every Sunday morning 11am – noon, during term time.

Prayers for World Peace is open to everyone, whatever your personal beliefs and experience.  Everyone is welcome.
