Friday Meditation Class with Kadampa Teacher Garry

During these classes we will learn how to develop and maintain inner peace,  reduce and eventually stop our experience of problems and also bring about positive change in our life.  

 

These classes are taught from the book ‘How to Transform Your Life’ by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. Geshe-la shows us how through these practices we can discover the real meaning of our human life and how we can fulfil our human potential.

 

Each week is self-contained with a different topic being taught. Each class contains a talk, two guided meditations, a brief prayer and practical advice on how to carry the instructions into our daily life.

Classes start at 7pm.

Bookings should be made by 6pm.
