‘Mental Health & Self-Care’

These weekly classes look at how we can use meditation and positive thinking to help with our mental health.

Each class is self-contained and will focus on a different topic each week, such as stress relief and dealing with fatigue.

The classes will be covered at all our drop-in classes both at KBC and our Branch classes. 

The classes are open to anyone, no previous experience is needed.
