Stress and anxiety are common experiences in modern life. These painful states of mind can easily arise when we encounter difficult situations and events, and in turn can destroy our happiness and relationships. This workshop will introduce methods for recognizing, reducing and eliminating these destructive states of mind. By learning how to control our own mind , instead of allowing our mind to control us, we can create a sense of inner peace and freedom.
