Overcoming Anxiety: June 16th

One of the biggest internal struggles faced today is an almost constant state of fear and anxiety.

In this half day workshop we can learn how to be mindful of special ways of thinking to directly address the underlying cause of this restless mind, learn effective tools to deal with these emotions when they do arise and attain a state of fearlessness that empowers us to become a source of great benefit to others.
