Sometimes when we open our eyes in the morning and think about the day ahead we instantly feel anxious and miserable.
In this workshop we will look at how by practicing Buddha’s teachings we can find peace and happiness in our lives.
We will soon realize that we can start our days without that negative mental energy and look forward to each day with a calm and positive mind.
