In this world we are constantly pulled from one thing to another.
Our mind and lives can feel very chaotic.
There are times we can also feel sad, tired, exhausted, helpless, hopeless and alone in our world.
In this workshop we are going to explore ways to look after our mental health and well-being by listening to and contemplating Buddhist teachings and finding ways in which we can bring meditation and other techniques into our daily life experience, so that we are better able to cope with life’s challenges and feel positive about our journey ahead by drawing upon strategies that we can turn to and trust, so that our life becomes the life we want through our experience of increasing peace and happine
