We all want to be happy all the time.
Currently, we rely heavily on people and situations to provide our happiness, but these things are unpredictable and largely out of our control.
For the next four weeks, you will learn how Buddha’s teachings offer methods which will enable you to be happy regardless of your external circumstances and difficulties.
