This Kadam Lamrim meditation retreat will be based on ‘The Mirror of Dharma with additions’ by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. Kadam Sue will guide meditations on The Three Principal Aspects of the Path to Enlightenment.

This retreat is ideal for anyone looking to start or deepen their meditation practice and learn a systematic sequence of meditations that can bring real benefit, harmony, and happiness to their life.
