Learn to meditate to ease depression: 3 week course

Depression can leave us feeling miserable, overwhelmed and isolated.

We may feel hopeless and powerless to escape its clutches.

In this course we will discover that there are ancient simple Buddhist techniques we can use to ease our pain and discomfort so we can work towards freedom and a happier future.


*Maximum benefit will be received by attending all 3 classes in this course, however it is possible to attend individual classes at a cost of £5 per class.


6th March: Finding some peace.

13th March:Everything changes.

20th March: Moving your mind.
