A three week meditation course

 

Fridays March 8th, 15th & 22nd    6.30 pm – 7.30 pm

 

 

£5 per class or book all 3 classes for only £12

 

 

Week 1: How to Meditate

Week 2: The benefits of meditation

Week 3: Prolonging the benefits

 

 

In this 3 week course you will learn how to meditate with simple guided meditations and receive instructions on how to use these meditations in your daily life to enable you to experience true happiness and relaxation.

You do not have to attend all 3 classes as each class will be self contained, but if you book all three you receive a £3 discount
