Kadam Bridget is known for her powerful teachings, compassionate heart, and deep understanding of Buddha’s wisdom advice. As a mother of two, she has a special insight into how to bring Buddhism alive to meet the demands of a busy modern life. Kadam Bridget shows an inspiring example for everyone on the spiritual path.

 

Kadam Bridget Heyes,is  a senior disciple of Geshe Kelsang who has been practising for over 25 years. In 1994, she helped to found Nagarjuna Centrewhere she is the Resident teacher. In 2009, Kadam Bridget was also elected as the NKT-IKBU National Spiritual Director of the UK, and teaches at various National Dharma Celebrations throughout the year.
