Food for Thought.

A special night out with relaxing guided meditation followed by a delicious two course, home made, gluten free,vegan meal.

 

The evening begins with a simple, guided meditation to bring a sense of inner peace at the end of a busy week. Put the stresses and tensions of daily life behind you and enjoy an evening of relaxation with a tasty, home-cooked, vegan meal.

 

This event is a wonderful opportunity to spend time with like minded people, introduce a friend to meditation or to just come along and enjoy good  food.

 

Friday October 20th,  6.45pm – 9pm.  Cost  £12 (Centre Card Holders £10).

 

Places are limited therefore a non-refundable £5 deposit is required on booking.
