Day Courses

We run day courses on a variety of themes – some suitable for those interested in finding out about meditation or Buddhism and some for those interested in deepening their knowledge. Everyone is welcome.

The full day courses usually run from 10.30 am to 4.30 pm and include a delicious vegetarian lunch and refreshment breaks. There is usually teaching in the morning and one in the afternoon, plus at least one guided meditation.

People attending these courses can be assured of a friendly welcome and to go home relaxed and refreshed.
