Stress Free Living: July 14th

Half Day Workshop Sunday 14th July 2pm – 5pm


Stress is endemic in our busy hectic lives. We tend to think that the cause of our stress comes from other people or situations and therefore spend a lot of time trying to figure out how to fix those situations or people


Buddha taught that all our unhappiness and stress comes from our mind and our unrealistic views and expectations of ourself, others around us and the world in general.


In this workshop we can learn how to identify the causes of stress and unhappy thoughts and learn how we can become free of them.
