Letting go of the past

Saturday 15th October  10.00 am – 1.30pm


We often have trouble letting go of painful events in our past, often affecting the way we respond to current situations.

We blame situations, ourselves or others and remain trapped in a state of anger and hurt.

Through training in mindfulness we can discover, reduce and eliminate the real source of pain and difficulty leaving us with relief and joy.
