Letting go of the Past : May 19th

We often have trouble letting go of painful events in our past and this affects the way in which we respond to our current life situations.

We blame situations, ourselves, or others and can remain trapped in a state of anger and hurt.

Through training in Buddhist mindfulness and meditation we can eliminate the real source of pain and difficulty within our minds leaving us with a feeling of relief and joy.
