Leaving the past behind : May 9th

Saturday 9th May. 10.00am – 1pm

 

We often have trouble letting go of painful events in our past and this affects the way we respond to our current life situations. We blame situations, ourselves or others and remain trapped in a state of anger and hurt.

 

Through training in mindfulness and meditation we can highlight the real source of pain and difficulty within our minds and finally remove it completely, leaving us with a tremendous feeling of relief and joy.

 

These workshops are a perfect introduction to meditation and modern Buddhism. They are split into 2 sessions of 1 hour with a break in the middle for light refreshments. Each session includes guided meditation and a talk.
