Learn to Meditate…for a Warm Heart

These three classes are ideal for those new to meditation or those who need some time out to improve their meditation practice.


The meditations we will use not only help us to develop greater peace of mind and happiness, but also improve our relationships with others through learning to develop a warm heart.


15th Nov : Who wants to be happy?

22nd Nov : Protection from pain

29th Nov : The power of love


It is not essential to attend all 3 classes, although it is more beneficial to improve your learning and practice.
