Our weekly classes are open to everyone, whatever your level of experience – giving you the opportunity to learn more about meditation, Buddhism, and how to find peace & happiness from within.
Please note there is a 1 week break from 22nd May due to the online International Spring Festival.
Week 1. 18th May. Learning to relate to others differently.
Week 2. 1st June. . Deepening our love for others.
Week 3. 8th June. Our view of others.
Week 4. 15th June A meaningful exchange.
New course “A change for the better” begins Monday 22nd June.

These classes will be available in 2 formats:
I hour class with Kadam Sue Holmes:
Monday 7pm, must be booked by 6pm Monday *£4.50
Tuesday 7pm, must be booked by 6pm Tuesday *£4.50
Both of these classes are the same format, and remain live until 8pm Thursday.
45 minute class with Kelsang Lamshe:
Thursday 7pm , must be booked by 6pm Thursday *£3.50
The class remains live until 8pm Friday.
